So one of the things that I love about my job is helping people solve problems It’s not uncommon that I get a phone call and I can hear in their voice they’re frustrated they’re stressed about something And so we talk about it what’s the problem what’s happening and we figure out a solution to the problem And by the end of the conversation the frustration’s gone the stress is gone from their voice and they say they say “I’m so glad that I called you Thank you for your help.” And that makes me feel really good
